When you inquire about or book travel through NoraDaExplorer Travel Service, we may collect your name, email address, phone number, travel preferences, and — for additional travelers — passport information necessary for booking.
How We Use Your Information
Your information is used solely to plan and book your trips, communicate with you about your travel arrangements, and improve our services. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.
Data Storage & Security
Your data is stored in a Supabase PostgreSQL database hosted in the United States. All data is encrypted at rest. Sensitive information such as passport data is additionally encrypted using AES-256 encryption before storage.
Data Retention
We retain your personal information for up to two years after your last inquiry or booking. After this period, your data is permanently deleted from our systems.
Cookies & Local Storage
Our site uses a Supabase authentication session cookie for secure login. We also use browser localStorage to save form drafts so you don’t lose progress — this data is automatically cleared upon form submission.
