Service Description
NoraDaExplorer Travel Service, LLC is a travel concierge service that provides personalized trip planning, booking assistance, and travel consultation for leisure travelers.
Planning & Research Fee
A non-refundable planning and research fee is required to begin the trip planning process. This fee is applied as a credit toward your final booking total.
Booking & Cancellation
NoraDaExplorer Travel Service is not liable for cancellations, schedule changes, or disruptions caused by airlines, hotels, cruise lines, or other third-party travel providers. Travel insurance is strongly recommended for all bookings.
Limitation of Liability
Our service is provided on an as-is basis. We are not responsible for issues arising from third-party travel providers, including but not limited to delays, cancellations, overbookings, or changes in service.
Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of North Carolina, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. When we make changes, we will notify you via the email address associated with your account or inquiry.
